PC Software for QA and Service Work

The inside counts. oRTIgo is a powerful software for QA and service work. It is easy and intuitive to use, measured data and waveforms are automatically collected, easily organized, and stored into the oRTIgo database. For each exposure all measured values, and optionally the waveforms, are stored. Each test will also automatically generate a "test result" based on the pass/fail criteria defined by the user. When the measurement is completed a report can be printed. The report includes tables, graphs, waveforms, and other relevant data about the measurement. A large number of templates are available for all standard tests, and even user-defined test. Acceptance limits are user-defined and can be specified individually in each template. Waveforms can be acquired and saved for each- or for selected exposures. oRTIgo can be used with Barracuda and Piranha oRTIgo integrates dynamically to Microsoft Excel®. By using this, measured data can go directly into cells in an Excel spread-sheet. This means that it is possible to use already existing reports created in Excel and fill out the measured data automatically.

Testing

A large number of templates are included. For example, kVp accuracy, linearity, reproducibility, HVL, timer accuracy, AEC: kVp compensation, reciprocity, density selection, field balance, mA compensation, SMPTE test, Image Intensifier input dose test, Entrance dose, Fluoroscopy test, CTDI, and much more.

All information about the measurement, generator set values and settings for the Barracuda or the Piranha are stored in the test template individually for each exposure. Several test templates can be saved in a session template that defines the complete QA measurement. Once setup correctly, measurements can be repeated very quickly without any need for defining set values or adjusting meter settings. Templates can be exported/imported. This makes it easy to share templates between several people in a large organization, avoiding each person to spend time building their own templates.
