The new Ocean software for the Piranha and Barracuda, along with the solid-state T-20 and CT Profiler, will be the center of attention at the RTI display.

• Ocean Software Ocean is a totally new database software program for X-ray QA and QC. Known for its leadership and creativity in the field of non-invasive X-ray test equipment for over 30 years, RTI Electronics has created a powerful new solution for QA testing, taking advantage of both the capabilities of the RTI multi-meters and combining those with the latest innovations in software design. The result is called Ocean.

• The T20 Solid State Detector will be hard to miss, although it is “almost not there”. The T20 will allow measurements of the entrance skin exposure on fluoroscopic systems, but is small enough to leave the AEC system undisturbed.

• The CT Profiler The RTI CT Profiler is solid state detector for use with the Piranha and Barracuda.  The CT Dose Profiler has taken CT Quality Assurance to the next level. Using a "One Shot" method with the solid state technology of the CT Dose Profiler, the user is provided a complete Dose Profile along with a quicker and more complete analysis of the CT beam for any size fan beam width, including CTDI, Dose, DLP, CTDI100, FWHM, CTDIvol, CTDIw, and Scatter Index. Its design makes it ideal for positioning in both 130 and 150 mm phantoms.
