New Improved Piranha Premium

The Piranha has now been on the market for three years. Since then, a lot of improvements have been done. Such as support for new mammography beam qualities, and improved detector design. All this has been made after listening to the customer demands and in order to improve productivity for the users. Now further major steps are taken to improve productivity and reliability:

• A safer communication without interruptions. All Piranhas delivered from November 2009 comes with an Extended Wire-less range – Now up to 100 meter with Bluetooth in open air but practically when measuring, around 15–20 meter.
• Improved shielding in the Piranha and the external connector contacts prevents disturbances when measuring at low signals with laptops.
• Increased waveform storage time, gives improved analysis capabilities.
• Easier communication. Using a computer with XP (SP 3), Vista or Windows 7 and switching between the Palm and the PC, will be much easier with the new Bluetooth solution.
• High quality case for ease of use as well as safe transports.
• A new tailormade case.
• Improved pulse detection means less manual settings.
• Calibration for CT Straton tubes.
